Technical Sales Administrative Assistant (M/F)

🧭 Your mission
Reporting to management, you will be the privileged point of contact for the sales and technical teams.
Your organizational skills and rigor will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and the smooth running of our operations.
Your responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls, manage the general mailbox, feed the CRM tool and ensure proactive communication on order tracking.
- Monitor customer and supplier orders, payments and customer invoicing.
- Liaise with the accounting department.
- Organize and coordinate transport and logistics.
- Provide daily administrative support to the technical teams.
- Coordinate after-sales interventions.
- Manage the company’s vehicle fleet.
🎯 Your profile
- Education or experience in administrative, commercial or technical-commercial management.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (French or Spanish are an asset).
- Excellent organization skills, autonomy and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, CRM).
- Team spirit, responsiveness and professionalism.
- Strong taste for design, quality and high-end service.
